Zoe’s Garden:
Zoe Wood's new CD, "Zoe's Garden", features a variety of guitar styles
combined with a sometimes serious, sometimes comedic approach to original music. The
disk also features the hit mushroom musical episode, "Naematoloma", co-written by
WMMA board members Larry Evans and Todd Osmundson. Zoe is a member and
former intern for the WMMA, and has graced our events with her sweet voice and charm.

The Great Morel Harvest of 2001

In the summer of 2000, more acres of National Forest land burned in Western Montana
and Idaho than in the previous seven years combined. This huge complex of burn areas
resulted in the largest commercial and noncommercial harvest of morels ever experienced
in the area. The permit information in this report was provided by the regional Forest
Service office in Missoula, Mont., and I wish to thank staff there for their support and
cooperation.
