This is the funny greenish blue capped S. aeruginascens.

Stropharia on cow dung. These common mildly toxic mushrooms are often mistaken for psychoactives because of their favored habitat. They key to S. merdaria in older books, and is called Psilocybe coprophila by others.

 

This common Stropharia often creates a stir of interest because of its appearance on cow pies like this. A common summer mushroom, it is not psychoactive.
