Welcome to the Western Montana Mycological Association website – the Fungal Jungal!

The Fungal Jungal is a community and resource for mushrooms and all fungus related topics. We cover a wide range of topics, like mushroom identification, mushroom recipes, a fungus photo gallery, educational resources for teaching about mushrooms, and a place to ask the experts about the mushrooms you’ve encountered.

We also offer mushroom trips, where we take an excursion either locally in Montana all the way to trips around the world. We offer lectures and teaching opportunities, as well as fungus related events.

You can buy some supremely cool fungal stuff at our little shop, like CD’s, t-shirts, posters, and books.

Finally, we are a non-profit organization and survive solely on the donations of those who use our services, or who become members. So please consider donating to our cause today!
